How do I participate?

Joining is easy and free! If you have a Foundation Skincare already you're automatically enrolled in rewards! Otherwise select the ‘Create Account’ link on the login page and follow the simple steps. Once your Foundation Skincare account is created, you can access points for discounts as well as take part in the different earning opportunities we offer.

I already have an account, do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

All customers with an active Foundation Skincare account are automatically enrolled in our Rewards=Savings program.

Do I have to enroll or register for individual reward earning opportunities?

No, once you’ve created a Foundation Skincare account you’re all set! Just complete any of the earning opportunities we offer to receive points, and they’ll be added to your account instantly.

Earning Points

How can I earn points?

All purchases earn points that can be accessed from a Foundation Skincare account. We also have other earning opportunities under the ‘Ways You Can Earn Points’ section on the rewards page. Be sure to check back, as we’re always adding new ways for you to earn more rewards.

To view point status or to redeem them for a discount make sure you sign into your Foundation Skincare Account before you checkout.

I have a subscription, can I earn points?


Yes! You’ll earn points for every order that is placed on your subscription. To redeem these points for a discount on your next order, simply sign in to your Foundation Skincare account, scroll down to 'Manage Subscription' and select an earned discount to apply to your next order.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Signing up is free. All purchases earn points, but you’ll need a Foundation Skincare account to access them. Also take a look at the ‘Ways You Can Earn Points’ section on the rewards page to see the different earning opportunities offered.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Yes! All orders after May 22, 2024 have earned points. To access points you’ve earned for purchases and redeem them for a discount please sign in or create a Foundation Skincare account.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Contact our Foundation Skincare Customer Support team by emailing info@foundationskincare.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

Do my points expire?

Foundation Skincare Rewards=Savings points will never expire.

How long will it take for points to be added to my account?

After making a purchase or completing one of the earning opportunities that we offer, you’ll receive points in your account instantly.

What’s the difference between VIP and Elite tiers?

Anyone that has a Foundation Skincare account automatically becomes a 'VIP' member of our Rewards=Savings program.

Once you’ve spent more than $250 at FoundationSkincare.com, you enter the 'ELITE' tier of our rewards program. With this distinction, you earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent along with higher anniversary and birthday bonus reward points.

Redeeming Points for Discounts

What can I redeem my points for?

Points are redeemable for discount coupons in increments of $5, $10 or $20.

How do I redeem my points?

Online Orders (Non-Subscription): Sign in or create a Foundation Skincare Account. Please put the products you’d like to purchase into your cart. At checkout look for a dropdown menu where you can select one earned discount to apply towards your order.

Subscription: Sign into your Foundation Skincare Account and scroll down to your ‘Manage Subscriptions’ section. Apply one earned discount to your next order.

Can I use more than one reward per order?

No. Customers can only redeem one reward discount per order.

How do I check my points balance?

Sign into your Foundation Skincare account and from the rewards page you can view your up-to-date points balance.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards balance.

I’m very close to earning a reward discount. Can I buy extra points to get there?

No. We require you earn points to redeem discount coupons – through purchases or the other earning opportunities offered. You can find these under ‘Ways You Can Earn Points’ on the rewards page.

I placed an order but forgot to redeem my points. Can you still apply the discount to my order?

Yes, certainly! Please email our Foundation Skincare Customer Support team at info@foundationskincare.com to assist you further.

What if I don’t want to receive promotional emails?

From time to time, you’ll receive program-related emails from us. If you’d prefer not receive those emails any longer, please select the ‘Unsubscribe’ link from the footer of an Foundation Skincare email.

Referral Program

Do I need to sign up for Rewards=Savings program to refer my friends?

No, anyone can make a referral! However, in order to track referrals or redeem your points, you will need a Foundation Skincare account. When making a referral, be sure to use the email you used to purchase Foundation Skincare or the email you used to create the Foundation Skincare account.

How can I see my referrals?

  1. Sign in to your Foundation Skincare account
  2. Go to Foundation Skincare Rewards=Savings website page
  3. Click on ‘My Referrals’ to see the status of your referrals

I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?

It may be there was a mistype in one of the email addresses entered – or maybe commas weren’t added between multiple emails to separate them. No worries! We recommend going back and entering each email address again (one at a time) and clicking 'send' after each one – rather than uploading them all at once. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our Foundation Skincare Customer Support team at info@foundationskincare.com.

I’ve referred friends but haven’t received any points. Is there something else I need to do?

Referred friends must be first time customers to receive a referral discount coupon and for you to receive reward points. 

Here how to make referrals:
1. Send your referrals through the referral section on the rewards page

2. Get your unique referral link from the referral section on the rewards page. Copy the link and share on your text, email, social media posts, and more.  

Points will be added to your account as soon as the person you refer completes their first purchase from FoundationSkincare.com. Once this happens, you’ll receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a successful purchase using your code, and that points were added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ in your Foundation Skincare account to see a list of points that you’ve received for referrals. To redeem your points for a discount you must have a Foundation Skincare account and be signed in.
