Shipping & Return Policy
- Orders placed by 12 PM PST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday and weekends are shipped the next business day.
- Standard USPS first class shipping is complimentary for all U.S. orders. Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number.
- We ship internationally to Canada and Mexico with UPS. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout.
- If the product(s) received do not comply with your order, or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Such cases should be reported as soon as possible and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s).
- We are committed to offering high-quality, scientifically proven products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and feel comfortable trying new products. If there are any quality issues with your order, please contact us at email@example.com to give us the opportunity to replace your order.
- We offer a full refund for all item(s) you didn’t enjoy for any reason the first time you purchase it within 30 days of the purchase date. Untangled Hair Supplement and Hair serum can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date. The second time you order the same product, it will not be eligible for a refund unless it is defective or damaged.
- To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on the credit card account depending on the financial institution’s policies. Shipping charges to Canada and Mexico are non-refundable.
