Shipping policy

Shipping Policy 

• Orders placed by 12 PM PST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Friday, on holidays, or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
  
  
• Standard USPS first class shipping is complimentary for all U.S. orders. Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number.
  
  
• We ship internationally to Canada and Mexico with UPS. Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout.
  
  
• If the product(s) received do not comply with your order, or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@foundationskincare.com. Such cases should be reported as soon as possible and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s).
