Get tested for hypothyroidism first
"I used consistently for 2 years with no improvement. I have since been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and my hair immediately grew back once corrected with prescription medicine. So I would suggest you start by having your thyroid levels checked before beginning any treatment. And sometimes doctors only check T4 and TSH levels, both of which were normal for me. Make sure they test T3 levels, that's what was off for me. I unsuccessfully tried to correct with diet, but the meds have been life changing. It's an insidious health issue that greatly effected my quality of life in a variety of ways (fatigue, joint pain, dry mouth, thinning hair and eyebrows, dry, brittle hair and nails, breathing issues, constipation, weight gain. All fixed quickly with treatment). That said, this is a nice serum. I still have a couple bottles left and I'm not mad about it. I live in a dry climate and it still seems nice and nourishing for my dry scalp. Although I just use once or twice a week, and won't continue after my supplies run out. Love the Foundation Skincare line and trust, I go to the dermatologist behind this brand. I'd also tried Nutrafol and was about to begin Rogaine when I got my diagnosis. Learn from my mistakes and wasted $$, get your thyroid tested first!"
